Lexie Woodmansee

Hi! my name is Lexie. I am a wife and mom who is fiercely passionate about empowering women, especially through fitness. My fitness background is very diverse, from Crossfit to group fitness, sports to pilates, fitness apps to yoga, at home workouts, group workouts, running, cycling... I’ve done it all.

However, nothing has made my body feel better than pilates and barre. Barre is FUN, tones your whole body and I’ve never loved instructing anything like I LOVE instructing barre. My favorite part of being an instructor and owning Finesse fit is connecting with women in my community.

Hi!  I’m Karie, I’m a mom of 3 busy boys who is dedicated to living a healthy active lifestyle.  I have a passion for running outdoors and hiking! I am a certified personal trainer, Barre and TRX instructor.  I love helping others see and experience what our bodies are capable of. For me fitness not only empowers my body, but more importantly my mind! I am excited to share my love for fitness with others and help you achieve your goals!

Kendra Rediger

Hi I’m Kendra, a mom of two active daughters (Ivy 9, and Eden 1). I have always valued physical wellbeing as an essential component to a healthy life. I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, camping, or going for walks with my family, always with a cup of coffee in hand. I have a passion for fitness and am excited to share my experience and knowledge with our community.

Hi! I’m Kyli Hamilton. I am a personal trainer, as well as Barre, Pilates and Yoga instructor. I fell in love with fitness when I became a momma seeking a healthy outlet. Fitness for me has improved not only my physical but mental health as well. I love teaching women how to move their bodies, and love doing it. I’m excited to be a part of you meeting your goals!

Hi, I’m Ryann! I am a wife and mom of two kiddos, Hayden and Banks. I started doing barre at Finesse Fit when I was pregnant with my youngest in 2019 and fell in love! Since then, I have consistently practiced barre, yoga and Pilates at multiple studios over the past 5 years. Group fitness provides me with so much motivation, encouragement and community that I crave! That is what ultimately led me to want to become a barre instructor. I am so excited to provide a barre class for all levels, where the goal is to move our bodies, not take ourselves too seriously, and make movement something we all look forward to!
